Sports Physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapy includes interventions to prevent and rehabilitate injuries that occur in people of any age who engage in some type of sports activity at an amateur or professional level.

It aims at the quick and safe return of the practitioner to pre-injury levels of sports activity.

In Sports Physiotherapy, any incorrect sports techniques are identified and modern therapeutic interventions are used, such as manual therapy, kinesio taping and fixed bandaging as well as therapeutic or preventive exercise protocols
